As part of the order process, the following information is collected from shoppers: Name, Shipping/Billing Address, Email, Phone number, Credit/Debit Card information. We use this information only to fill your order and to contact you, if necessary. It will never be shared with anyone. Feel free to contact us if you have questions.

Refund 
We hope you love your WOODEN TILE purchase. If for some reason you need to make a return or exchange, please call or email us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will provide instructions for your return. Keep all original packaging materials for your return. Please do not ship any artwork without first notifying us. We will refund your order cost minus shipping. Shipping Information 
We ship all orders FedEx Ground. In-stock items go out within 1-2 days, but, as many of our tiles are made to order, an additional 3-4 business days may be required. You will be contacted regardless. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Please contact us if you need something quickly.

Shipping for International Orders
All international orders will be shipped via the most cost effective method. The shipping fee for international orders does not include additional taxes, duties and brokerage fees. An estimate for these additional fees will be emailed to the “Bill To” contact within 2 business days. At that time, the customer can choose to make a payment for the additional fees prior to delivery or upon delivery.

Sales Tax
Sales tax (6%) is collected for all orders shipped to addresses in Maryland.
